What is ODOS Properties?

ODOS Properties is a dynamic and modern Estate Agents that is expanding Nationwide following a successful trial period and local market share. We combine our own bespoke software, processes, brand, and service to create the future of Estate Agency.

What is an ODOS Partner?
ODOS Partners are local Estate Agents. We are looking for previous or current Estate Agents who are professional, motivated, and ready to earn themselves money. People who want to benefit from unrivalled commission and job flexibility, whilst having no overheads, a brand to back them and all the compliance and regulatory matters taken care of.

What is an ODOS Partners’ role?
ODOS Partners typically have their local area knowledge and local contacts in the industry. OP’s will increase their client base in their area and sell houses! The more boards and houses a partner gets, the more the organisation and the partner grow!

What’s ODOS Properties role?
We undertake the support functions, so that you can concentrate on excellent customer service and your area growth!

  • Pay the expensive monthly marketing costs for Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation OnTheMarket.
  • Promote the brand nationally
  • Constantly improve and update our software
  • Organise outsourced services
  • Get updates from solicitors
  • Anti – Money Laundering Checks
  • Review the property listing and make edits
  • Land Registry Checks
  • Billing clients
  • Training and support for ODOS Partners
  • Provide marketing materials
  • Provide resources and news updates on our back office
  • Organise EPC’s
  • Organise our media team to take Virtual Tours, Floorplans, Pictures, and Dollhouses

What Services do you provide?

We advertise 1 service, with 2 payment options. With many self-employed positions like ours the main income is earned through commission which can take time. We have introduced a new package to address this:

Regular option - 
Our typical payment option: Sell the property for 1.25% + VAT no upfront payments, 40% commission.

Partner option - Sell the property for 1% + VAT plus an upfront cost of £300 + VAT that goes straight to the partner. (We have introduced this to allow you to receive 100% of the upfront cost to help with your cash flow, you will then also receive 35% of the commission only on the leads that you get. If we provide you with a lead you will receive 25% of the commission).

We also pay our clients £150 cashback on completion when they decide to sign up with our recommended conveyancer at the start of their sale.

ODOS management own a fully licensed CLC property Law Firm, called Montrose Conveyancing. When our clients use ODOS and Montrose Conveyancing to sell their property the sales progression is taken care of by the law firm and we get notifications and updates throughout the whole process through our software.

Earning examples.
Example A) You gain a client and sell them the “Partner option” their property sells for £410,000
You immediately receive £300 upfront and £1435 Commission on completion (£300 and 35%)

Example B) You gain a client and sell them the “Regular option” they use your recommendation for a mortgage on their next property and use our conveyancing services (for the sale and purchase), their property sells at £350,000,
you receive £1400 + £225 commission

Example C)
We provide you with a lead for a client, sell them “the regular option” they use your recommendation for Conveyancing, the property sells at £400,000
You receive £1000 + £150 commission.

What will I be provided with when I start?
Leaflets, business cards, an email address, pens, clipboard, CRM access, HomeSearch market report and property valuation software account, ODOS Properties account.

What happens with viewings and enquiries?

We forward every viewing and enquiry from Rightmove, Zoopla etc to your work email address for you to take control and organise viewings, allowing you to gain business off the back of the viewers. You must update the CRM system with notes and all new enquirer details.

What happens if I get a lead for a different location, one controlled by another ODOS Partner?
If you gain a lead for an area that you don’t operate in you can pass the lead over, you’ll receive 15% for simply passing the lead over, they’ll earn 25% for taking the lead off you.

But this sounds too good to be true? What’s the catch?

There is no catch! We believe Estate Agents have very important roles, after all selling and buying a home is often one of the most important things somebody will do in their lives. So why are Estate Agents working on average pay and often earning their boss’s huge amounts of money?

There has never been an Estate Agency like ours, allowing experienced and knowledgeable Estate Agents around the UK to work for themselves, with no overheads and a business to back them. Its simple when you grow, we grow!

Our bespoke software is constantly updated to make the selling and buying process for both clients and ODOS Partners extremely streamlined and hassle free.

Mortgage Referral  your commission = £75
Conveyancing (Per transaction eg buy or sell) your commission = £75
40% commission of leads you gain
25% commission of leads we give you
Developer relationship commission is also open for discussion.

What next?

Terms of Engagement, we ask for a Terms of Engagement to be signed by you.
Anti-Money laundering checks carried out by our team
You’ll receive a business email address and business log in for our software
You’ll receive a marketing pack off us, containing leaflets, brochures, pens, a jacket, business cards etc
You’ll receive any necessary training required
You start gaining clients!
