Jane

James

Managing Director & Founder

James has a passion for property and always showed entrepreneurial signs from a young age. At the age of 18 James founded ODOS Properties after building software which allowed Clients and Agents to send and receive updates, upload files, sign documents and see timeline progression for their property sale or purchase.

ODOS Properties began trading in 2019 and has now listed 100's of properties around the country. James has a clear vision to modernise the Estate Agency industry.

Rob

Initial Investor and Director

Rob is the Founder of a successful company that delivers Codification, Obsolescence Management, Long Term Storage and Procurement Services.
His company boasts clients such as Rolls Royce, NATO, BAE Systems, The MOD and various government and defence organisations around The World.

Rob brings a substantial amount of expertise and business experience to the table, he also shares a passion for technology and property.

Jane

Andrew

Director 

Andrew owns a Business Consultancy company that won the 2019 SME Business Elite Awards. Andrew also won business start up of the year in 2007. He brings a vast amount of knowledge from his variety of previous careers with The British Army, The Government and The Police Force.

In his spare time Andrew raises money for a variety of charities and has personally raised over £50,000 for Worldwide Cancer Research, a charity which has directly helped Andrew through illness in the past.

Philip

Non - Exec Director 

Philip invested in ODOS in November 2020, he has a vast knowledge of the property industry and has invested in a variety of Prop-Tech businesses in the past.

Philip will be working with ODOS to help the Nationwide recruitment drive and overall business development. You can read more about Philips appointment in our news here.

Helen

Cheltenham and Gloucester Manager

Helen started her career 11 years ago, and has substantial experience in Cheltenham and Cirencester. Helens previous role was to Manage a successful Cheltenham Town Centre Estate Agency. 

Helen has sold over 2500 properties in her career and perfectly fits our culture here at ODOS. She is driving our growth in Gloucestershire.
