1. Market appraisals

  • We'll carry out an online or face to face valuation and provide you with a comprehensive report on your property, you'll be able to see local market trends, local competition, market facts, property facts and find out more about our service by benefitting from the state of the art technology which grabs information from a huge variety of sources.
  • Our Agents will research, discuss and come up with the most realistic price to market your property.
  • Your Agent will also discuss the best route to market for your property, taking into account your intended timeline, target markets and situation.

2. Software

  • You'll be given access to your very own dashboard, allowing you to track your property progression, sign terms, accept offers, upload documents, ask questions and much more!
  • You will have a dedicated ODOS Agent throughout the whole process, who will only be a phone call or email away.
  • You'll be able to select a package and payment option from your client dashboard.

4. Marketing - Where is my property marketed?


  • All paying customers have their properties advertised on Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation, OnTheMarket, Homesearch, social media and 10's of other property marketing sites.
  • We know where to put your property and we are constantly looking for the latest marketing techniques to get your property seen by the right people. 
  • Your Agent will come up with a unique marketing plan to make sure your property is well exposed and positioned in the best locations.

5. Negotiation

  • Your ODOS Agent will take care of Negotiating directly with a buyer.
  • Our Agents have experience with negotiation and we'll be sure to get the best outcome for you.

6. Viewings


  • *We now offer free viewings as part of the package in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Surrounding Area's.
  • The majority of people prefer to do their own home viewings, however we have the ability to cover viewings Natiownide should you want an Agent to do viewings for you. 

7. Sales progression 


  • Agents are in regular contact with both side’s legal representation. They can also contact other agents in the chain for updates as well as mortgage brokers etc.
  • Without an ODOS Agent, you are limited to the information you can find out. Due to data protection, you can only contact your own solicitor for updates. 
  • Our Agents help keep the transaction moving, often chasing others when a push is needed.
